December-June,

Dec-June: 2, 2-hour practices a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). 16-18s is 6:30-8:30pm. 14's-15's is 4:30pm-6:30pm. Teams may be moved to Mondays/Wednesdays depending on tryout results
May-June: Beach volleyball training and tournaments after indoor season is over. April will have half beach/half indoor training. First official practice is Dec 2
